Pink Whale

Really how cute it is ^^ Whales are pretty awesome, their one of those creatures I really like cartoons of, though not so much the actual living creature xD [like cats]

I really likes the colours you used, the pink isn't that in your face colours, the light is well placed and it moves into the underbelly really nicely. Liking the the detail on his/her belly too <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/m/m…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title="Meow :3"/>
I also like the contrast in the blue water and eyes to the pinks <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Smile)"/>

Animation wise, really nice work. Water is tricky enough to work with [guess work, haven't tried it yet but I watch the waves on pokemon a lot xD] Good blinking too, good speed and all that.
I think a more dramatic splash down along him might be interesting, but might not suit the mood.. Hehe, he seems like a toy with the water refilling x3
I love how it forms into a <3 and then sparkles a little before coming back down~
